MikołajKasprzak

I keep systems running, devices compliant, and users productive - from provisioning to retirement.

01 - About

What I Do

I manage the full hardware lifecycle through IMAC processes - installing, moving, adding, and changing PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and AV/VC infrastructure. I deliver L1 and L2 technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues both onsite and remotely.

I provision, configure, and deploy corporate IT equipment and applications, manage incident and request pipelines via enterprise ticketing systems (ServiceNow, GEPARD), and keep SLA commitments. I also support IT rollouts on the floor - working with global IT teams and acting as the contact for vendors and service providers.
